Located in the municipality of Sabaneta is the Iceland project. In this LS Arquitectos performs the architectural design in its entirety. The good use of the lot is highlighted, locating there 150 apartments plus 9 commercial premises, of which 2 of them are more than 600 m2. We also highlight the wide variety of apartments where there are homes from 48 m2 to 80 m2. One of the great challenges that in the end became the most important aspect of the project was the location of its common areas; the lot only had 1500 m2 and there we could not implant housing, commerce and common areas; for this reason they are made on the top floor thus becoming a green and spacious terrace for the enjoyment of the owners
